Refit of the Bloodhempen Casting and Healing set (bloodhempen chestwrap and culottes, koppranickel armlets, and gaganaskin sandals) to the THO body. This is a level 60 set (ilvl255) and is able to be crafted. You may also find it on the Market Board and sold by various Gyr Abania shops, i.e., The Peaks, Rhalgr’s Reach, Castrum Oriens, etc.

Mod contains option to have outfit with the chestwrap and without.
