Please note! The Hrothgar belt accessory option will also affect masculine Roegadyn characters, as the Phoenix Riser Suit model for masculine Roegadyns is also used by Hrothgars. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a way to make this exclusive to Hrothgar characters, I’m sorry.
As a workaround, if you wish to turn off the belt accessory for Hrothgars but not Roegadyns, you can probably achieve this with Penumbra collections, however I have not tested it. Play around with it and see what you can find out.
