Wilmund’s been a bit different recently. He looks sickly despite his liveliness, and he’s been cozying up to the boys more than ever. The last thing that stands out to me was a few weeks ago, when some young lass took a liking to him. Wilmund’s a handsome man so this in itself was far from abnormal, but her intentions were beyond clear. It was quite creepy actually.
I must say though, something’s up. That’s why I’m headed to his home today, call it concern for a friend, or a drunken urge. Doesn’t matter to me. I’m just concerned for my friend, but following that day, he didn’t show up at the pub for nearly two weeks! The man lives off the tap and some flu kept him away from drinking? I can hardly believe it!
Well, I suppose I shouldn’t be too rough with the guy, he puts on a brave face but it’s pretty clear that he’s been wrung clean night after night; after all, that lass hasn’t left his house since, and he’s been bringing men home night after night. I see him carrying someone out of his house now in fact; my they must have had quite the night, the man looks sicker than him with how limp he seems. Why’s Wilmund looking at me like that… Wilm–!!
